Is it beautiful because of the affect it will have on pollution control, and sustainable beauty? Because, really, wind turbines aren't that attractive from a sheer visual perspective....
What goes around comes around! Not so very long ago windmills were used to power and produce many things. Thankfully technology/modern man has figured out the grids, storage, and transfer of the power these slender designs can produce. Let's hear it for hilltops and windy days!!!!
I think they're beautiful. In much the same way that a Calder mobile is beautiful. And watching them do their slow, steady spinning? Very moving. No pun intended.
